Summary of Position 
This posting is for a Permanent Full-Time Bus Driver for Luseland area, commencing as early as March 9, 2026. Bus Drivers are an important part of the school team by providing safe and reliable transportation for our students.  This particular route, LU6, South of Luseland, requires about 260 km of driving each day picking up and delivering approximately 14 students.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1-2 Drivers License with a School Bus Endorsement is required;
• 5 years driving experience;
• A clean Driver's Abstract;
• Satisfactory results from a medical examination in accordance with Board policy and The Highway Traffic Act is required;
• Related training such as courses in first aid, defensive driving or heavy equipment operation would be considered an asset.

• be able to handle various physical tasks involving lifting, bending, twisting, turning and climbing;
• have the ability to prioritize multiple demands and effectively manage time;
• be willing to work in varied climates and conditions;

• genuinely appreciate working with children.
