This posting is for a Temporary Part-Time (ELIS) Educational Assistant Position (0.5 FTE) at Medstead Central School, commencing August 26, 2026, with a contract end date of June 30, 2027.   Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students.  The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom. 

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
