The Opportunity
North Battleford Comprehensive High School (NBCHS) is seeking a collaborative, student-centered Vice-Principal  to join a strong administrative team beginning July 1, 2026 .
Working alongside the Principal and an additional Vice-Principal, the successful candidate will play a key leadership role in supporting staff, connecting with students, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-expectations learning environment. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose, contribute to school-wide improvement, and make a meaningful impact within a large, diverse school community.
 
About North Battleford Comprehensive High School
NBCHS is a Grade 7–12 community school serving over 1,100 students. The school offers a wide range of academic and applied programming designed to meet the needs of all learners, including:

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a large high school setting
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capacity
  • Experience working with Indigenous students and communities
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
  • A Master’s degree in Education (or currently working toward one) is considered an asset
 
Salary & Benefits
  • Vice-Principal allowance of  over $24,000  in addition to teaching salary (STF salary grid)
  • Saskatchewan Teachers Federation benefits
