This posting is for Temporary Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Educational Assistant position at Battleford Central School. This position starts on September 25, 2026 and has a contract end date of June 30, 2027.
Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students. Educational Assistants support students with intensive needs in five key areas: providing personal care, life skills and experiences, academic assistance, communication, and behavioral support as required by students and directed by teachers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
- Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
