North Battleford Comprehensive High School (NBCHS) is a Grade 7-12 community school with over 1,100 students, offering a wide range of programs to meet the needs of all learners. Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Expertise:  Experience in a large high school setting with leadership opportunities.
  • Indigenous Education: Experience working with Indigenous communities; familiarity with initiatives like "Following Their Voices" is a strong asset.
  • Master's of Education : Possesses a master's degree in education or is working towards one with a commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Trauma-Informed Practices: Experience implementing strategies that balance high expectations with empathy to support students and staff effectively.
  • Resilient Leadership:  Able to navigate high-pressure situations with composure, ensuring safety and fostering a supportive school environment.
