Cut Knife Community School
Cut Knife Community School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 school with approximately 210 students, supported by a team of 15 FTE professional staff and 15 support staff. Position Overview
Cut Knife Community School is seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and highly skilled teacher to support our specialized classroom program. This classroom is designed to support students who face complex behavioral challenges through a trauma-informed and relationship-based approach.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of trauma-sensitive practices and experience supporting students with diverse and complex needs. The Specialized Classroom Teacher will work closely with school leadership, staff, families, and outside professionals to provide inclusive educational experiences while fostering a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate. Training or experience in Special Education would be considered an asset.
