START DATE:                   April 21, 2025, or a mutually agreed upon date

COMPENSATION:         Starting Wage $55,930.52 (plus comprehensive benefits)

About the Position

The Payroll Officer is accountable for delivering accurate and on-time payroll and for helping staff with payroll inquiries.  Typical duties include:

• Preparing and processing support staff payroll for approx. 500 staff
• Verifying absence entries and updating absence balances
• Maintaining employee records
• Administering pay and leaves according to collective agreements, labour standards, and other payroll compliances
