This posting is for a Permanent Full-Time Educational Assistant Position at Luseland Colony School, commencing August 26th, 2026.  Hours of work are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.  Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students.  The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom. Basic knowledge of Grade 5-9 math concepts and the ability to independently facilitate teacher-planned lessons/activities is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
