Summary of Position

This posting is for a Casual Library Assistant/Technician Position at North Battleford Comprehensive High School. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with shift lengths varying based on the assignment. The library Assistant/Technician is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the library, provides expert technical and research skills to advance the needs of staff and students.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Library Technician Diploma or a Grade 12 education with 2-5 years' relevant experience
• Intermediate to advanced level technical/computer skills
• Functional proficiency/experience with computerized office environment

• possess excellent communication skills
• be purpose-driven and innovative problem solver who can find solutions in the most effective way
• produce quality and timely results with an acute attention to detail
• show enthusiasm and thrive in a team environment; and
