Living Sky School Division is seeking a Superintendent of Learning to join our Senior Leadership Team beginning January 4, 2027.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Master’s degree in Educational Administration is required, or current enrollment in a Master’s program in Educational Administration
• Successful experience in school-based and/or system-level administration
• Strong knowledge of high school education, graduation pathways, and credit attainment or desire to learn about them
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and support leaders through complex change
• A collaborative, relational leadership style with a strong system-wide perspective

Living Sky School Division is a progressive and innovative organization serving approximately 5,500 students across 30 schools in 21 communities throughout west-central Saskatchewan. We employ over 800 professional and support staff, working together to create inclusive, responsive, and engaging learning environments.

Our central office is located in North Battleford, a regional hub for health, education, retail, and commercial services. Together with the Town of Battleford, the area is home to approximately 18,000 people and offers close access to beautiful lakes and outdoor recreation.
