The Role

As Principal, you will:

• Lead learning by supporting high-quality instruction and assessment practices
• Set direction and foster a shared vision focused on student success
• Build and sustain a collaborative and inclusive school culture
• Support and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and professional growth
• Strengthen relationships with families and the broader community
• Contribute to division-wide leadership and system coherence

Qualifications

• Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teacher Certificate
• Master’s degree in Educational Administration or a related field, or current enrollment in a graduate program, or a demonstrated commitment to begin working toward completion
• Demonstrated successful teaching experience
• Previous school-based leadership experience is considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered decision making
